Email Communications

Providing an email address for use on this site allows you to:
  • Contact your case manager by email from the eChild Support Portal.
  • Request and receive a payment history for your case(s).
  • Apply for services online.
  • Update your email information and/or provide an email address for a non-custodial parent.

By providing an email address, you consent to receiving email communications from Child Support Services. If you do not have an email address, free email accounts are available on the internet. To find one, use any search engine and search for "free email".

The above services are available after login to your Parents Portal account.
